Accepted Methods of Payment: We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard. We also accept personal checks, or money order (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).

Policies:
- All and any free shipping offers is only good in the continental U.S.A..
- Product specs as well as pricing are subject to change at any time. We will email updates regarding any changes.
- 20% restocking fee will be charged for all brands of products being returned..
- Products shipped Overseas is non returnable, unless defective.
- No cancellations once order is placed.
- Canceled orders are subject to a processing fee.
Shipping Time: The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-14 day delivery time. We ship UPS. For special rush deliveries or for shipping rates to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside of the United States, please email Info@ToddlerBeddingExpress.com
Order Confirmation: All orders will be confirmed via email. The email will also contain your estimated shipping date.
Stock / Back orders / Lead Time: We do our best to keep our most popular items in stock for prompt shipment. Generally expect a 7-14 business day lead time before your order ships. If an item is on back order you will be notified immediately via email.
Shipping Methods: Most Merchandise will be shipped using UPS directly from the manufacturer to customers, for fastest delivery.
Yes we can drop ship to any address you choose.
Additional charges apply for rush orders, and shipping overseas. Most items ship under size, except for most mattress tops and All-Season comforters ect. UPS dose charge additional for oversize boxes.
Note: Twin, Full, & Queen size mattresses are curbside delivery.
Damaged Shipments: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
Manufacturers Defects: Defective items are returnable within 10 days of receiving order if it has not been used or laundered. If a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturers defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Returns must be shipped back via UPS only. After defective product is received and inspected a replacement or refund will be issued.
Return Merchandise Policy: Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds as long as the products have not been used or laundered. You must email the refund request to Support@ToddlerBeddingExpress.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.
Note: All non defective products being returned have a 20% restocking fee. See store policies above for details.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)
· Original packaging
· Original invoice or receipt
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns must be shipped back via UPS only. Shipments with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
