Shipping & Handling

Shipping Time: The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on manufacture, shipment's location and the particular time of year. Most in stock orders will ship in 3-5 business days. Customers should expect a 7-14 business day delivery time. Custom or out of stock orders may take 3-4 weeks to ship. Most orders will ship Via UPS. or Fedex. For special deliveries or for shipping rates to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and outside of the United States, please email  Info@ToddlerBeddingExpress.com

WLH products shipping only. Small items (pillows, sheets, etc.) are shipping in approx 1-2 weeks and larger items (toppers, duvets, custom pieces) are shipping in approx 3-4 weeks. Mattresses may take up to 3-4 weeks.  Custom orders are not returnable. Federal Law prohibits the return or exchange of bedding. WLH guarantee that everything they made is free of manufacturing defects and we will repair or replace, at their option.

Order Confirmation:  All orders will be confirmed via email. When order ships a order tracking number will be emailed to you.

Stock / Back orders / Lead Time:  We do our best to keep our most  popular items in stock for prompt shipment. Most in stock orders will ship in 3-5 business days.  Generally expect a 7-14 business day lead time for large items.  Custom or out of stock orders may take 3-4 weeks to ship.  If an item is on back order you will be notified immediately via email.

Shipping Methods: Most Merchandise will be shipped using Via UPS or Fedex directly from the manufacturer to customers, for fastest delivery.

Yes we will drop ship to any address you choose.

Additional charges apply for rush orders, and shipping overseas.  Most items ship under size, except for most mattress tops and All-Season comforters, mattresses ect. UPS dose charge additional for oversize boxes. Orders $50.00 or more qualify for free shipping. ( USA only )

Note: Mattresses are curbside delivery, (Street Address) (No PO. Box please).

Damaged Shipments: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.

PLEASE INSPECT ALL PACKAGES WHILE THE DRIVER IS STILL THERE AND BEFORE YOU SIGN THE DELIVERY RECEIPT.  If there is any damage, or if something is missing, the customer (you) should refuse the damaged box(es), or mark it on the delivery receipt.  We should then be notified immediately.  Manufacturer is not responsible for the costs of sending a replacement if the above procedure is not taken. If a product is received damaged it will be inspected and a replacement will be issued.

Manufacturers Defects:

Defective items are returnable within 10 days of receiving order if it has not been used or laundered.  If a product appears to have a manufacturers defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufacturers defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Returns must be shipped back Via UPS, or Fedex.  After defective product is received and inspected a replacement or refund will be issued.  Defects are less then 1%.

Return Merchandise Policy:

Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 20 days from the ship date to receive refunds. All returns must be in unused/unwashed condition with the original tags still attached.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Orders shipped with free shipping will have our standard shipping and handling fees subtracted from your purchase credit, a restocking fee may apply.

You must email the refund request to Support@ToddlerBeddingExpress.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)

·  Original packaging

·  Original invoice or receipt

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.   We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. We strongly recommended that you insure the package and ship it back to us via UPS, FedEx, or similar traceable carrier. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our warehouse.
  4. We will send you an email upon receipt of your package.
  5. Please note that returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3-5 days of the date we receive them, and you will receive an email notification informing you of the status of your return or exchange.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
